In cases of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Prohibited Uses of Your Rental
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in risky endeavors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, and all passenger and weight limits must be respected. Driving outside the designated geographical boundaries without prior approval is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Constraints
